Kōrero Mai began with bilingual and immersion whānau meet-ups, te reo Māori classes, and wānanga, eventually leading to the establishment of our Māori language preschool, Te Puna Reo. Over the past year, Te Puna Reo has thrived, thanks to the incredible support and collaboration of our community.

The Puna Reo is a unique Early Learning Centre is the first of its kind in Northern Canterbury, Kaikōura, Marlborough, Nelson, and the West Coast regions, paving the way for innovative approaches to language revitalization and education.

We are now in our 2nd year of operations and are on the look out for another TWO superstar Kaiako to join our team. ECE qualified and registered would be the ideal, we would consider Primary Trained for the right applicant.
